Inspire Within Daily Devotional

Daily Scripture

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
Psalm 46:1, NIV

Daily Encouragement

We have no need to fear because God is our refuge and strength. God provides us with strength when troubles come our way and in any circumstance. He is our “ever-present help”, which means He is always there to provide strength, security, and peace. Even if we were faced with total destruction, God is our refuge and has the ability to save us.

The writer of this psalm was confident that even if the earth began to give way and the mountains were to fall, we would not fear because we knew where our help and refuge came from. God’s refuge is an eternal refuge. No matter what your troubles are, remember that God is your strength and refuge. Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for being our strength and refuge!

Daily Reflection

Do you have any fears or troubles that you need to give to God? Let Him be your safe place and strength. Lean on Christ for your strength in the good times, hard times, and all the times in between.

Daily Quote
