“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
Proverbs 31:25, NIV
Encouragement
The word “clothed” means to be “covered with.” We are to be covered with strength and dignity, but not from our own weak strength and unworthy dignity. But rather from the strength and dignity found in Jesus. Our strength comes from the Lord and it is through Christ that you are called worthy. With Christ covering us, we can laugh at the days come. In other words, we can get through any season of life, whether it is joyful, sad, good, or bad. Jesus is with you throughout all to give you His strength and dignity.
Reflection
Are clinging to Jesus in this season? Seek Him and ask for His Strength and His dignity to cover you in the time of your life. With Christ, you can laugh at the days to come!
