Inspire Within Daily Devotional

Daily Scripture

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
Colossians 2:6-7, NIV

Daily Encouragement

When you receive Jesus Christ as Lord in your life it is the beginning of life with Christ. We are called to live in Christ, by being rooted and built up in Him. Following Christ’s leadership and example in your life strengthens your faith and thankfulness. Christ guides you and gives your strength for your daily life, which includes helping you with all the circumstances and problems you face.

A life that is being rooted and built up in Christ is a life committed to following God’s Will and Christ’s example, seeking His wisdom and teachings, being obedient to God’s Word, and being conscious of the Holy Spirit in your life and going the way that He calls.

Daily Reflection

Are you living a life with Christ? Is there something you could do better at? Be sure to pray about it and seek Christ for His strength in all things.
